Setting up sessions is easy.

If you are an existing client who wants to schedule another session, you can skip this page and go directly to scheduling.

Existing clients

  1. If you’ve landed on this page, we have already had a discovery call. If not, please do not complete this form. Instead, please schedule a free discovery call.

  2. For new clients who have completed a discovery call and returning clients, please review and sign the Coaching Agreement and optional Professional Credentialing Release on this page.

  3. You will then be asked to choose a payment method. The easiest, most automated ways to pay are by credit card or Apple Pay. PayPal and Zelle (no fees!) are also accepted. After that you:

  4. Choose a package.

  5. Submit payment.

  6. Access the calendar and schedule one or more sessions. A Zoom link is sent in each meeting confirmation.

Coaching Agreement

The Coaching Agreement can be viewed here and downloaded as a PDF. The optional Release for Credentialing can be viewed here and downloaded in the same PDF as the Agreement.
