The Details

“The program is working. This is giving me a guideline to be in a different place.” —Bernice R., participant

Most people are not really living,
they are merely existing.
— Eckart Tolle, The Power of Now

Thoreau painted an even starker picture, “The mass of (people) lead lives of quiet desperation.” Why? Life is short—and you have a choice.

Why live stressed, exhausted, and disconnected?

You can let life happen or you can make it happen, choosing to create a life true to yourself, one aligned with your values, passions, and aspirations. A life in which you get out of your head and into your body, where you’re clear on what you want—and you go for it.

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?
— Mary Oliver, "The Summer Day"

Choose a life that’s true to yourself.

I know you can do it, because I’ve done it. More than a decade ago I left my secure, successful career to create a life truly my own, one more dynamic, energizing, and purposeful—and fun.

Have Fun Falling: the Program™ is designed to empower you to do the same.

Who has fun falling?

  • People in transition who fear losing themselves in it—and instead want to consciously reinvent, creating lives of greater clarity, purpose, and vitality.

  • Outwardly successful but inwardly unsettled professionals with nothing left to prove, who feel burned out or disconnected from themselves—ready for an authentic, meaningful next chapter.

  • Wellness seekers whose exploration of multiple modalities has felt scattered or inconclusive, and who now want an integrated framework that turns insight into sustained, embodied change.

By the end of twelve weeks, you will have a clear, actionable vision for your next chapter, practical regulation tools, and sustainable practices that support a life aligned with who you truly are.

Program Overview

Have Fun Falling: the Program™ integrates evidence-based science with time-tested wisdom. Embodied exercises, structured assessments, group discussion, and written reflection move you from foundation to integration. (Workbook and separate integration plan included.)

What’s Included

In addition to twelve live weekly sessions in a small, engaged cohort, the program includes:

  • Comprehensive 80-page workbook

  • Session recordings (available one week)

  • Weekly email access for targeted guidance

  • One 30-minute private consultation

  • Preferred pricing on continued coaching

  • Actionable 20+ page integration plan

  • 30-day-post-program integration call

Vive la différence!

Unlike wellness programs that rely on a single modality, Have Fun Falling™ weaves multiple disciplines into a cohesive, integrated experience:

  • Breathwork

  • Mindfulness

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Resilience science

  • Performance psychology

  • Behavioral change principles

  • Values clarification

  • Guided self-inquiry

  • Intuition development

The whole greater than the sum of its parts, these interconnected methods reinforce one another for applied transformation.

Small Cohort, Big Impact

Sessions are limited to ten people, ensuring everyone is seen and supported. No one is lost in the crowd.

Walking the Walk

I believe we’re meant to create the life we want to live. And so I made the jump. I know firsthand its demands and challenges, its joys and rewards.

I don’t just teach theory. I use the approaches and practices in this program, which also draws on my own lived experience. Your own experience will be richer for it.

Matthew has expanded my tool kit for exploration, helping me tap into my ‘happiness core’ and different states of being as I transition to my next chapter.
