Have Fun Falling: the Program

An embodied path to a life truly your own

Most people are not really living,
they are merely existing.
— Eckart Tolle, The Power of Now

Thoreau painted an even starker picture, “The mass of (people) lead lives of quiet desperation.” Why? Life is short—and you have a choice.

Why live stressed, exhausted, and disconnected?

You can let life happen or you can make it happen, choosing to create a life true to yourself, one aligned with your values, passions, and aspirations. A life in which you get out of your head and into your body, where you’re clear on what you want—and you go for it.

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?
— Mary Oliver, "The Summer Day"

Choose a life that’s true to yourself.

I know you can do it, because I’ve done it. More than a decade ago I left my secure, successful career to create a life truly my own, one more dynamic, energizing, and purposeful—and fun.

Have Fun Falling: the Program is designed to empower you to do the same.

Who has fun falling?

  • People in transition who fear losing themselves in it—and instead want to consciously reinvent, creating lives of greater clarity, purpose, and vitality.

  • Outwardly successful but inwardly unsettled professionals with nothing left to prove, who feel burned out or disconnected from themselves—ready for an authentic, meaningful next chapter.

  • Wellness seekers whose exploration of multiple modalities has felt scattered or inconclusive, and who now want an integrated framework that turns insight into sustained, embodied change.

By the end of twelve weeks, you will have a clear, actionable vision for your next chapter, practical regulation tools, and sustainable practices that support a life aligned with who you truly are.

Program Overview

Have Fun Falling integrates evidence-based science with time-tested wisdom. Embodied exercises, structured assessments, group discussion, and written reflection (workbook included), move you from foundation to integration.

  • We start by getting clear on where you are right now—what’s working, what’s not, and what’s ready to change. From there, you evolve core wellness practices integrating mind, body, and soul, establishing a solid foundation for transformation.

By the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear personal baseline—physically, emotionally, and practically—and a defined starting point for change. You’ll also leave with practical tools to regulate stress, cultivate presence, access intuitive insight beyond the rational mind, and reframe uncertainty as possibility.

  • With the foundation in place, we explore nervous system regulation, so you can manage stress, reduce anxiety, and sustain momentum. We then expand into resilience—what it truly is and how it’s built—through reflection and formal assessment, strengthening your capacity to recover and adapt in the face of challenge.

By the end of this phase, you’ll have the ability to recognize your real-time nervous system state, as well as practical tools to raise, release, or relax your energy. You’ll also have a personalized resilience framework to keep your “inner battery” charged, helping you avoid burnout and sustain ongoing transformation.

  • Once you’ve developed capacity, you create time and space—assessing your commitments, addressing distractions, refining habits, and establishing your transformation as a priority. You then clarify your values and what you truly want, identifying specific options for taking action.

By the end of this phase, you will have a clear vision of the life you’re moving toward, defined priorities aligned with your values, and concrete short-term actions already in motion.

  • Your transformation now underway, you confront fears and reframe limiting beliefs, turning obstacles into actionable opportunities. You acquire a practical toolkit for reinforcing learning, sustaining momentum, and supporting lasting change. You also explore the role of belief, synchronicity, and community in propelling and deepening your transformation.

By the end of this phase, you will have clear strategies to overcome fear and limiting beliefs, integrated practices to maintain your transformation, and the confidence and support to continue creating a life aligned with your values and aspirations.

  • Resilience training

  • Intuition

The whole greater than the sum of its parts, these interconnected methods reinforce one another for applied transformation.

Small Cohort, Big Impact

Sessions are limited to ten people, ensuring everyone is seen and supported. No one is lost in the crowd.

Walking the Walk

I believe we’re meant to create the life we want to live. And so I made the jump. I know firsthand its demands and challenges, its joys and rewards.

I don’t just teach theory. I use the approaches and practices in this program, which also draws on my own lived experience. Your own experience will be richer for it.
